The most significant benefit you may gain is the increased ability to design the lifestyles you desire for yourself. For example, while the mind is a very powerful instrument, it is also one that has taken over parts of our lives, and instead of being a tool, it has risen to the position of the one who makes decisions in our life. As an illustration, when I was younger, I grew up with few resources. As a result, I saw the world from a "lack" perspective, which prevented me from seeing the countless resources and possibilities that were accessible to me. When I started to alter my mind or the programming in my mind, I noticed and found the new options available to me since my mind was now capable of recognizing them. Although the environment altered, my thinking shifted, making me more open to accepting the things that I had previously accepted as part of my newly created reality. This brought into my life a variety of people, places, and things that were consistent with my new version of reality created in my head. We often argue that having a choice is preferable to having no option. Still, without the awareness of having a choice, it is difficult to select a decision that you are unaware that you have accessible to you. We're all doing the best we can, but when you have more information, you have the ability to make more informed decisions and create better strategies.
